Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description
Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG is an elegant, sumptuous and very fine red made by the famous Buondonno winery. It is obtained from the exclusive vinification of Sangiovese grapes. The vineyards stand on a calcareous and clayey soil with pebbles that favor drainage. In order for the grapes to grow optimally, the work in the vineyard is carried out meticulously, according to the principles of organic farming. The goal is to let the varietal characteristics of the vine express themselves. This is why human interventions are limited. After a careful manual harvest, the grapes are pressed and subjected to a long maceration on the skins. The first fermentation takes place in steel containers, while the malolactic fermentation involves the use of large Slavonian oak barrels. Part of the wine is aged in 500 liter Allier barrels. Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG is a structured and fragrant red, which can be enjoyed as soon as it is bottled or carefully stored for up to 5 years and reserved for special occasions.
