: It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Longevity: This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description

The great potential of Sangiovese finds new outlets in an innovative wine inspired, even in its name, by the great tradition of these places. "Cultus Boni" combines the qualities of Sangiovese, which remains the dominant element (80%) with the expressiveness of a small quantity of Colorino, Ciliegiolo and other traditional complementary varieties. Aging for 24 months in barrels of various sizes and French oak barriques. It has good body, is fresh and with well-defined tannins. It is an elegant, full and soft wine.
