'Part of Rosso' Endrizzi 2021

Dalis Rosso is a wine with intense aromas produced by the Trentino Endrizzi winery, which with this label underlines its intention to explore all the potential of the different terroirs. It is the fruit of a blend that includes Teroldego, Sangiovese, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Both the autochthonous and international grapes are grown on the owned plots, which range from the Grosseto area to the Dolomites. This differentiation in terms of climate, exposure and composition of the substrate allows to obtain excellent qualitative results. After careful summer pruning, the bunches are selected and harvested by hand. Upon arrival in the cellar, the grapes are slightly cooled before being gently pressed. The subsequent alcoholic fermentation requires rigorous temperature control. In steel vats the wine settles for a few months before bottling. Dalis Rosso is perfect to drink immediately to appreciate the fresh varietal notes.
