Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect glass for light and medium-structured red wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description
Evaluna Garda DOC is an intense red wine from the Sansonina winery, an estate that refers to the productive reality of the Zenato group. The label is the result of a skilful blend that includes Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, equal to 65% of the total, and a smaller percentage of Cabernet Franc grapes. The vineyards are located near Peschiera del Garda, where the vines benefit greatly from the mild microclimate of the lake and from the sun exposure. Once maturation is complete, the healthiest bunches are selected and harvested exclusively by hand. In the cellar, the alcoholic fermentation involves the use of modern steel tanks, where the wine remains at a controlled temperature for just under two weeks. In the same containers the wine ages for about 10 months, and then rests for another 3 months in glass before being marketed. Evaluna Garda DOC is a red that can be appreciated immediately, as well as after a further evolution of 3-4 years.
