Description
Iscadoro Paestum IGT is a delicate and fragrant white wine from the Casebianche Campania winery, a winery that stands out for its innovative approach to enhancing the local terroir. This white is the result of a blend that includes three native vines, namely Fiano, Malvasia and Trebbiano. The three representative varieties of Cilento are cultivated according to the principles of organic farming. Once the manual harvest is complete, the healthiest bunches arrive in the cellar to be softly pressed. The alcoholic fermentation takes place partly in large steel tanks and partly in chestnut vats. The refinement is also divided into two phases: first the wine remains about 16 months in steel in contact with the fine lees and then rests another 8 months in wood. Perfect right away, Iscadoro Paestum IGT is able to pleasantly surprise even after a few years, if carefully stored in the cellar.
