'Jurosa' Chardonnay Friuli Isonzo DOC Lis Neris 2019

Jurosa Chardonnay Friuli Isonzo DOC is a fragrant white wine produced by the Lis Neris winery, one of the most renowned in the area. The label is obtained from the vinification of only Chardonnay grapes, an international vine that achieves excellent results in the denomination. The plots are located not far from the sea and boast a pebble and clay substrate which ensures ideal drainage for the vines. Once ripe, the best bunches are selected and harvested by hand. The vinification is inspired by a traditional style, as evidenced by the alcoholic fermentation which takes place in French oak barrels with temperature monitoring. The refinement is divided into two phases: first the wine remains for almost a year in large French oak barrels, to then rest for another year in the bottle. Excellent right from the start, Jurosa Chardonnay Friuli Isonzo DOC is a white capable of reserving the most pleasant surprises for those who wait up to 3-4 years.
