'L'Isola Bianco' Terre Siciliane IGT Hibiscus 2021

Isola Bianco Terre Siciliane IGT is a wine with intense Mediterranean aromas, made by the Hibiscus winery. The label is obtained from a blend of two native white grape varieties, namely Inzolia and Catarratto. On sandy and volcanic soils the vines find the nutrients necessary to produce grapes of great finesse. The vines are cultivated according to the espalier system and enjoy the positive influence of the sea winds. When the bunches have reached full maturity, they are selected and harvested manually. Upon arrival in the cellar, the grapes are delicately pressed and left to ferment in steel tanks. In the same tanks the wine remains to refine for 6 months, to then rest for another 3 months in the bottle. Perfect right from the start, L'Isola Bianco Terre Siciliane IGT can be tasted with pleasure even after a couple of years of further evolution.
