'Lalùci' Grillo Sicilia DOC Baglio del Cristo di Campobello 2022

Laluci Grillo Sicilia DOC , made by the historic Baglio del Cristo di Campobello winery, is a white wine with typical and unique aromas of the Sicilian territory. It is produced with 100% Grillo grapes, which are carefully cultivated on calcareous and chalky soils, located in the Campobello di Licata area, at an altitude of 260 meters with south-east exposure. The harvest is carried out with manual techniques, the grapes then face destemming, crushing and soft pressing. The wine ferments in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, then ages for four months on the fine lees to finally pass into the bottle, where it rests for a few months before being marketed. Laluci Grillo Sicilia DOC surprises the palate for the intensity of aromas and its freshness; it is a ready-to-drink label, but it can evolve further if left to rest for some time in the cellar.
