Etyssa is the name of a young winery, very particular indeed, because it is made up of 4 boys who are first and foremost friends since childhood, then study companions up to the oenology school and here, at the end of their academic career, they decide in 2009 to experiment with an entrepreneurial initiative what they had learned at school, creating a new wine reality and focusing particularly on the production of a sparkling wine made with the Classic Method and produced from the grapes of their territory, the Trento DOC area. The four friends immediately understood that the first product obtained had substance, was of truly excellent value and quality, and galvanized by the first results they began to produce and make their creation known on all markets, in Italy and abroad. The love for their territory, so rich in particular and unique soil and climate characteristics, and the passion for viticulture have been the most important keys to the growth of this reality; the best testimony comes from the chosen name, Etyssa, which in ancient German corresponds to the name of the Adige, the river that contributed to the formation of the orography and climatic conditions of this extraordinary terroir, a place dedicated to the production of sparkling wines High quality Classic Method. The winery's logo, however, corresponds to the initials of the names of the founders Giovanni, Malcolm, Stefano and Federico who together created this project and offered a new interpretation of the Trentodoc Classic Method sparkling wine, specifying that all the labels are vintage!
