La Chablisienne is a wine cooperative based in Chablis, in the department of Yonne, France. It is the largest wine producer in the department, providing more than 25% of the region's production volume. The first cooperative of Chablis producers dates back to 1 May 1923, under the name "Société coopérative La Chablisienne". Its creation corresponds to a period of economic difficulty, in which it was very difficult to sell wine. On 14 August 1928 the SARL and the Cave Chablisienne were created; the two companies merged on March 23, 1947, forming the Chablisienne Cooperative. Since 1993, the Chablisienne Grotte Bailly Lapierre (Yonne), the Cave des Hautes Côtes (Côte-d'Or), the Cave des Vignerons de Buxy (Côte Chalonnaise) and winemakers of Secret Terra (Macon) joined together to form the Blasons de Bourgogne, with the aim of achieving an economy of scale. In 1999, La Chablisienne purchased Château Grenouilles. The cooperative offers more than thirty different labels, in addition to its grappa (Marc de Bourgogne and fine de Bourgogne), it produces several Chablis wines coming from vineyards that have been cultivated for more than 40 years and which often remain for more than 20 months in vats and wooden barrels. Among the Grands Crus of Chablisienne there is Château Grenouilles, the only "Château" from the Chablis vineyard.
