Podere Orma

Podere Orma is a relatively recent reality: it is part of the wine constellation of the Moretti Cuseri family, where the famous Tenuta Sette Ponti stands out (and the famous Oreno wine) and in Magliano, in the heart of the Maremma the Poggio al Lupo estate. Orma is located in the suitable area of Bolgheri, home of great reds produced with the typical Bordeaux vines, known as "international". The Orma winery expresses all the magic of the Bolgheri area, now among the most famous in Tuscany and therefore in the world. Here the climatic conditions seem truly perfect for the cultivation of vines: the area overlooks the sea, with all its benefits, and is protected by the hills behind which limit the arrival of cold winds from the north. Even the geological aspect offers advantageous situations for the vine, with the clay, pebbles and sands that are truly reminiscent of the Graves of Bordeuax, where the greatest wines in the world are born. And the grapes are the same: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot express themselves with great strength, elegance and intensity. The farm is spread over 7 hectares, with a favorable exposure of the vineyards to the south west, in a natural context of rare beauty. In this fascinating context, the wines of Podere Orma are born, true gems of this suitable Tuscan territory. They are great red wines that express the varietal notes of the Bordeaux vines with great naturalness, combining them with the Mediterranean context of Bolgheri.
