Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description
Manually selected grapes are used to make Pinot Grigio from the Zorzettig winery in Friuli. This prestigious label comes from the Colli Orientali del Friuli area, in an area with a cool and sunny climate. Precisely the strong union between wine and surrounding habitat makes this Pinot an elegant, savory and mineral wine, exactly taking up the notes of the Friulian hills and valleys in which it develops. The hills on which the Pinot grapes grow are particularly rich in layers of sandstone and clay, from which they absorb nourishment and flavour. The over one hundred years of experience that the cellar can boast guarantee high quality standards, starting with the entirely manual harvest. An excellent and well-calibrated aging process takes place for the first five months in stainless steel tanks. Here the wine undergoes alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature. In the following phase, however, the passage of the Pinot Grigio Zorzettig into the bottle takes place, within which the refinement continues for about a month before being able to immediately put it on the table.
