Glass: Small Goblet
: It is the perfect goblet for sweet wines and raisin wines; it is smaller as the dose to be poured is smaller than for other wines and they do not require extensive and prolonged oxygenation.

Longevity: This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.
Pairings: Dark chocolate, Blue cheese, Aged cheese, Dry pastries, fruit and cream cakes

Description

Very particular wine, produced with local Languedoc grapes. It is aged for 7 long years in old oak barrels to obtain the oxidation necessary to have a rich, inense, extremely ripe and intense after-meal wine. The Ambra Rivesaltes by Domaine Cazes 2004 has an amber color that invites you to discover its complex aromas of dried fruit and citrus peel. Serve at 13° C to accompany all desserts with walnuts, almonds and caramel and dried fruit in general.
