Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect glass for light and medium-structured red wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description

The Terre degli Osci Sangiovese IGT Di Majo Norante wine, produced by the homonymous winery in Molise, is the result of a long peasant tradition that has its roots in distant times, even to the Samnites and the Romans who used to cultivate vines of quality for the best productions. The reference area is Campomarino, in the province of Campobasso, in the northern part of the Gargano, where the soil is mainly sandy and the microclimate is characterized by hot, well-ventilated summers. In these conditions the Di Majo Norante company cultivates both local vines such as Malvasia, Trebbiano and Sangiovese and other types of vines such as Bombino, Aglianico, Falanghina, Greco and Prugnolo from which white, rosé and red wines are produced. Terre degli Osci Sangiovese IGT Di Majo Norante represents one of the most representative wines of the company, produced in purity from Sangiovese grapes with a maceration that lasts about a month and an aging in the bottle for 3 months. The result is a bright red wine with a fresh and fruity bouquet, suitable in various contexts and for convivial moments.
