It is the perfect glass for light and medium-structured red wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Description
The Sartiu Cannonau di Sardegna DOC is a wine produced at the Sedilesu winery in Mamoiada. The main feature of the company is that of being a symbol of organic farming. The grapes come from 100% Cannonau di Mamoiada vines, cultivated at about 650 meters above sea level, on granite soils. The training system adopted is the low sapling one. The approach to the vineyard is completely natural and interventions by machinery are avoided, so that each product can best represent the territory. After the manual harvest, we proceed with the spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and then we carry out the 20-day maceration on the skins. The refinement takes place in cement tanks for a period of 12 months, after which the wine is ready for bottling and marketing. Sartiu Cannonau di Sardegna DOC is an elegant and complex wine, which is well suited for immediate drinking, but can evolve in the cellar for about 3 years.
