'Serra Lori' Isola dei Nuraghi Rosato IGT Argiolas 2023

Rosato Serra Lori is a wine produced by the Sardinian winery Argiolas. Endowed with an enormous ability to amaze, this rosé wine captivates thanks to its gentle aromas, which are the direct result of the soils on which the vineyards are located, which have a calcareous-clayey nature with a strong presence of silt. This wine is obtained from a skilful blend that combines native vines, which aim to enhance the variety of the ampelographic spectrum of this region. They include: Cannonau (50%), Carignano (20%), Monica (25%) and Bovale (5%). The grapes, once carefully harvested, pass on to the important phase of maceration, which takes place first in the 'carbonic' style, then in the traditional way. This is followed by fermentation, which takes place exclusively in steel tanks, and refinement, which takes place directly in the bottle. Rosato Serra Lori is a perfect wine if tasted in its youth, when it fully expresses its fresh, lively and fragrant notes, but it can surprise if it is left to evolve for a couple of years in the cellar.
