Sylvaner Alto Adige-Sudtirol DOC Manni Nössing 2020

Sylvaner Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC is a white wine produced by the Manni Nössing winery in the Dolomites, a reality capable of enhancing the potential of this terroir. It is obtained exclusively from Sylvaner grapes, a white grape variety from Germany. The plots are located near Bressanone, an area characterized by strong temperature variations between day and night which allow the grapes to reach their full sugar and aromatic concentration. Once ripe, the best bunches are selected by hand. In the cellar the processes begin with destemming and continue with the delicate pressing of the grapes. The short alcoholic fermentation involves temperature control and the use of modern stainless steel tanks. In the same containers the wine rests until the spring following the harvest. Sylvaner Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC is a ready-to-drink white, thought to be appreciated in youth when the varietal scents emerge.
