'Talis' Pinot Bianco Collio DOC Venica 2021

Talis Pinot Bianco Collio DOC is a fresh and fragrant wine from the Friulian winery Venica . The label is obtained from the single-variety vinification of Pinot Bianco grapes, an uncommon but highly appreciated variety. The owned plots enjoy the benefits deriving from the sea breezes and the Alpine reliefs. The richness of the mineral substrate ensures nourishment and at the same time gives elegance to the vines, which grow luxuriantly until the manual harvest with selection of the best bunches. In the cellar the grapes are left to cold macerate for half a day, to then ferment spontaneously in stainless steel tanks. For the refinement phase, the company always focuses on steel tanks, where the wine rests for five months on the lees before bottling. Excellent immediately, Talis Pinot Bianco Collio DOC can be appreciated with satisfaction following a further evolution of 2 or 3 years.
