Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect glass for light and medium-structured red wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description

Chapoutier Michel Bila Haut Rouge is a red wine, produced with Grenache, Carignan and Syrah grapes, classified AOC, Controlled Designation of Origin Côtes du Rhône. The story that links the Chapoutier family to wine began at the beginning of the 19th century, when the first vineyards were planted in the Rhône Valley, in South-West France. The cellar is now managed by Michel Chapounier, who cultivates his lands according to the principles of biodynamics, a technique which aims to maintain a balance with the surrounding ecosystem, respecting it and not exploiting it. The harvest is rigorously carried out manually, respecting the winemaking tradition of the area. Chapoutier Michel Bila Haut Rouge is a wine suitable for daily consumption, both during a simple lunch and during a festive evening. It is a wine of character and well structured, appreciated for its simplicity, but not trivial, certainly to always have available for every occasion.
