It is the perfect goblet for white wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile and this is possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description

Iselis Nasco di Cagliari DOC is a white wine produced by the Argiolas winery. It is a particular wine as it comes from an ancient and native vine of Sardinia, namely Nasco. More precisely, it is a white grape variety that is grown only in the hinterland of Cagliari. The grapes are rigorously harvested by hand. The must, after being cold macerated, is fermented in steel barrels. Before being bottled, the white wine ages for two months on the noble lees and then in French oak barrels. To prove the quality of Iselis Nasco di Cagliari DOC from the Argiolas winery, are the countless awards and recognitions received for the different years of production. Among these, the three bunches of Bibenda and the high scores of Robert Parker and James Suckling. On the palate this white has a medium body, capable of giving an enveloping, elegant and soft sensation. Elegant, fresh, slim, perfect in combination with shellfish.
