'Langefeld' Alto Adige Pinot Bianco DOC Pfitscher 2023

The Langefeld Pinot Bianco Alto Adige DOC from the Pfitscher winery is a white wine produced with grapes grown in the Langefeld vineyard, in the village of Montagna, in Alto Adige, not far from the capital Bolzano, an area that is becoming more and more known in these recent years for the quality of its wines. In addition to the DOC classification, Controlled Designation of Origin, the Pfitscher winery has obtained the CasaClima Wine certification, which rewards activities that are particularly compatible with the surrounding environment and which seek to have an impact as close to zero as possible. The Langefeld Pinot Bianco Alto Adige DOC is vinified and left to mature in steel for a short period of time, the result is a fresh, cheerful product with a defined alpine character. However, it remains a wine with a certain structure that goes elegantly with light aperitifs with friends, work brunches and other similar occasions.
