'Menasso' Lugana Riserva DOC Podere Selva Capuzza 2019

The Menasasso Lugana Riserva DOC is an intense and very elegant white, produced by the Lombard company Podere Selva Capuzza. We are faced with a truly extraordinary white, one of the most refined expressions of Lugana Riserva. Menasasso is produced from Trebbiano grapes alone, which are left to overripe directly on the plant. The result is a more concentrated aroma which preserves an ever-present acidity, combining it with a greater structure and much more intense aromas. After a careful harvest aimed at selecting only the best grapes, the grapes are fermented for a part in barriques and for another part in steel to then be bottled. This full-bodied and multifaceted white wine is the perfect companion for an evening with enthusiasts. Perfect to drink already in its youth, Menasasso Lugana Riserva DOC is actually ideal to be enjoyed after a few years of careful storage in the cellar, where it will be able to fully develop all its complex scents.
