Les Becasses Chapoutier by Chapoutier Michel is a red wine with a complex, tannic and spicy character. Produced in purity exclusively with fine Syrah grapes, it owes all its characteristics to the composition of the cultivation soils rich in minerals, iron, millstone, granite and schist concentrated in different percentages depending on the specific area. The harvest and the selection of the grapes are done manually, while the aging, which can last up to 16 months, takes place first in new oak barrels and finally in stainless steel tanks.
