'Bussiador' Chardonnay Langhe DOC Aldo Conterno 2017

Bussiador Chardonnay Langhe DOC is an intense and fragrant white wine, produced by the Piedmontese company Aldo Conterno . It is obtained exclusively from the vinification of Chardonnay grapes, an international variety that finds optimal conditions to thrive on the hills of the Langhe. The vineyards are cultivated in a minimalist way, with an approach that shows great respect for the ecosystem. This allows the vines to produce healthy bunches, which are harvested during the manual harvest. Once they arrive in the cellar, the grapes are left to ferment for only three days in steel tanks, before being placed in barriques. In oak barrels, on the first passage, the subsequent refinement also takes place, which lasts twelve months. By virtue of the peculiarities of the winemaking process, Bussiador Chardonnay Langhe DOC is perfect if enjoyed immediately, but even more after a rest and aging in the cellar which can last up to five years.
