Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description
Chianti Superiore DOCG Le Due Arbie is an elegant red wine produced by the Tuscan winery Dievole . To make this label, Sangiovese grapes are vinified in purity. The company's vineyards are located on clayey soils, with high percentages of marl and limestone. On the hills facing south-west, the vines find the perfect microclimate to produce healthy and ripe bunches, which are harvested manually. Once in the cellar, the grapes are left to ferment on the native yeasts in large concrete vats for a period of two weeks. For refinement, however, the company prefers the use of non-toasted French oak barrels, where the wine remains for a year, to then rest for another three months after bottling. Chianti Superiore DOCG Le Due Arbie is excellent to be enjoyed immediately, but also after an evolution of a couple of years in the cellar.
