Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description
Biancospino Moscato d'Asti DOCG is a sweet wine with light fruity aromas, produced by the Piedmontese winery La Spinetta . It is obtained from the single-variety vinification of Moscato grapes, a very common aromatic variety in the Asti area. The vineyards located in Coazzolo and Castagnole delle Lanze boast optimal southern exposure to the sun, as well as substrates with excellent drainage and rich in limestone and sand. By virtue of these characteristics, vines over forty years of age have the possibility of developing luxuriantly until the time of harvest. Once the harvest is complete, the bunches arrive in the cellar. The alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature takes place in steel. Consistent with the Martinotti Method, the refinement involves the exclusive use of the autoclave, where the wine rests on the lees for a month. Biancospino Moscato d'Asti DOCG is a sweet wine designed to be appreciated shortly after bottling, when all the varietal notes emerge.
