Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect glass for light and medium-structured red wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description
The Dolcetto d'Alba DOC from the Fratelli Alessandria winery embodies the authenticity and distinctive character of the Piedmontese hills. This lively red wine is produced with Dolcetto grapes from the renowned vineyards of the Alba area. Of an intense purple color with ruby reflections, it opens on the nose with a fruity and fresh bouquet, in which notes of blackberry, cherry and blackcurrant stand out, caressed by light floral nuances. In the mouth, it reveals a pleasant freshness accompanied by a fullness of taste, with soft tannins and balanced acidity. Dolcetto d'Alba stands out for its versatility, pairing beautifully with first courses with ragù, raw meat chopped with a knife or second courses of meat in general and soft cheeses. A wine that enchants with its immediacy and which embodies the winemaking tradition of the region, offering a gustatory journey through the flavors and aromas of the Langhe.
