The Dolcetto d'Alba Coste e Fossati red wine from the Vajra winery is obtained exclusively using Dolcetto grapes. This wine was born from the bet of maintaining some Dolcetto vineyards within the prestigious Coste and Fossati vineyards, mainly used to produce Barolo. From this peculiarity, thanks to the fertility of the soil and the favorable climatic conditions, excellent grapes are born that result in a quality wine. This family-run and artisanal winery ensures the production of quality wines by mixing innovation and tradition. The Dolcetto d'Alba Coste e Fossati wine is obtained following a particular tender specification. Immediately after the harvest, rigorously done by hand, we move on to fermentation and subsequent maturation in wood.
