The Terre Siciliane Bianco IGT Peloro Bianco is a wine made by the Le Casematte winery, a young reality that has managed to establish itself in a short time thanks to its faithful story of the territory. Obtained from a blend of two native white grape varieties, Grillo (65%) and Caricante (35%), this white wine reflects the terroir of origin and the company's production philosophy. After a careful and rigorous harvest of the grapes, the vinification takes place exclusively in steel, in order to let the varietal scents of the vines express themselves, and the subsequent refinement takes place directly in the bottle for a period of three months before being put on the market.
