'Ronco delle Cime' Friulano Collio DOC Venica 2022

Ronco delle Cime Friulano Collio DOC is a fragrant white wine produced by the Venica winery. The label is obtained from the vinification of only Friulano grapes, a local vine known in the past as Tocai. The plots are located in an ideal context for the cultivation of vines, thanks to the soil rich in minerals. The significant temperature changes between day and night correspond to a high concentration of aromas and sugars. Once fully ripe, the best bunches are selected by hand. Once the harvest is complete, the vinification begins: the grapes are gently pressed and left to ferment in steel tanks. Even for refinement, the company focuses on steel containers, in which the wine rests for about 5 months in contact with the lees. Perfect right from the start, Ronco delle Cime Friulano Collio DOC boasts excellent potential for further evolution, if carefully stored in the cellar for 2-3 years.
