'RosaMara' Chiaretto Valtenesi DOC Costaripa 2022

Rosamara Chiaretto Valdenesi DOC is a wine that comes from the Costaripa cellar in Moniga del Garda. The company boasts a family tradition that has been handed down for 3 generations and produces only bottles of great expressive quality. The grapes come from the Groppello, Sangiovese, Marzemino and Barbera vines, grown on soils rich in gravel and clay, exposed towards Lake Garda. After the harvest, only the best bunches are de-stemmed and crushed and undergo maceration with static dripping. Then we proceed with the malolactic fermentation in steel containers, while the final refinement takes place both in steel and in small oak barrels and lasts 6 months. The final stage involves bottling and placing on the market. Rosamara Chiaretto Valdenesi DOC is a delicate and harmonious wine, perfect for immediate drinking, but it can evolve in the cellar before being tasted for about 3 years.
