Rosematte Terre Siciliane Rosato IGT is a wine signed by the Le Casematte winery. Obtained from the vinification of a native Sicilian vine, which is found here in an almost unprecedented guise, yet completely able to tell the Sicilian territory in a completely authentic way. It is a vine, Nerello Mascalese, which can hold some truly pleasant surprises: this is precisely the case with this deep and fresh rosé at the same time. After a careful selection and harvest of the best grapes, the vinification involves a passage inside steel tanks strictly at a controlled temperature, to preserve the varietal aromas as much as possible. The refinement, which takes place directly in the bottle, seals the aromatic complexity of this rosé wine, which is perfect for an informal aperitif.
