'448 slm Rosso' Vineyards of the Dolomites IGT Girlan 2022

Fresh and elegant, the 448 slm Rosso Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT of the Girlan winery is one of the best productions of this winery. Also in this case, we are faced with a skilful blend of Lagrein, Pinot Noir and Schiava grapes which manage to provide a satisfying and full structure to the wine. This is due to the excellent production of grapes which is obtained thanks to the particular structure of the soils in the production area, rich in mineral salts, and to the strong temperature variations which ensure perfect ripening of the grapes. To produce the 448 slm Rosso Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT wine we start with the manual harvest and subsequent destemming, to then move on to fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. The refinement then takes place in cement tanks for a few months, before proceeding with bottling. The result is a full-bodied and well-structured wine that is easy to drink.
