Teroldego Vineyards of the Dolomites IGT Letrari 2019

Vigneti delle Dolomiti Teroldego IGT is a typical wine from the Letrari winery, located in the municipality of Rovereto and characterized by a strong link with the territory and tradition. The company uses exclusively organic cultivation methods and aims to create artisanal, elegant wines with a great personality. The excellent quality of the grapes is favored by the climatic conditions of the area and by the composition of the soil, rich in clay and mineral salts. For the red in question, as can be understood from the denomination, Teroldego grapes are used, a native vine of Trentino and "responsible" for the intense and balanced bouquet of the finished product. This "Vigneti delle Dolomiti Teroldego IGT" is obtained through a refinement process first in French oak barriques and then in steel: in this way the wine reaches a perfect degree of maturation. A wine with marked varietal notes, it has an intense, brilliant ruby red color and a rich and particular bouquet, enriched by varietal nuances of black berried fruit jam. The taste is sapid and soft, pleasantly balanced in the tannic and vanilla notes induced by the skilful aging in French oak barriques. Suitable to accompany lamb or kid, roasted red meats and aged hard cheeses.
