It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description

A fresh and fruity wine, pleasant to drink. It comes from Cabernet Sauvignon (60%) and Merlot (40%) grapes harvested by hand and pressed with great care. It rests for 12 months in oak barriques and then concludes the refinement with 6 months in the bottle. Certainly a wine with good structure, intensity and breadth. To be combined with meat sauces or not too structured second courses. Great pleasure, one glass after another!
