'Andrius' Sauvignon Alto Adige DOC Andrian 2020

An elegant and sophisticated wine such as Andrius Sauvignon Alto Adige DOC is born from the passion and great knowledge of the South Tyrolean area. Obtained from the best Sauvignon grapes vinified alone, this wine is part of the "selections" of the Andriano winery , the first South Tyrolean experience of cooperative winery, in fact it was born in 1893 as the first expression of cooperation between the local winemakers, who joined forces to giving life to a company that has been consolidating over time, inspiring many similar businesses throughout the region. In Trentino, a large region dedicated to viticulture, wines appreciated all over the world are produced. The grapes are grown on the vast territories owned by the winery, located at an altitude between 260 and 380 meters above sea level, with a perfect climate for white berried grapes. After harvesting, the grapes are vinified and aged on the lees both in steel and in large wooden barrels. Thus was born an elegant white wine, with great structure and rich aromas and flavors characteristic of its land of origin.
