White Tuscan IGT Le Due Arbie - Dievole 2020

Bianco Le Due Arbie Toscana IGT is a fresh and fragrant wine from Dievole , a winery that skilfully enhances one of the most suitable territories in Italy. To produce this wine, the company creates a blend made up of international and local vines: Trebbiano (60%), Malvasia (20%), Chardonnay (10%) and Sauvignon (10%). The Guyot-trained vines grow on sandy soils, which contain good organic components capable of ensuring correct nourishment for the plants. The harvest begins in the first ten days of September and involves a meticulous selection of the best bunches. In the cellar, the vinification begins with the delicate pressing of the grapes and continues with the alcoholic fermentation at a rigorously controlled temperature for one month. To preserve all the freshness that characterizes this wine, the aging lasts only three months and takes place in steel containers.
