Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect glass for light and medium-structured red wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description
Bosset Dolcetto d'Alba DOC is an intense and fragrant red wine, made by the Marchesi di Barolo winery. It is obtained from the exclusive vinification of Dolcetto grapes, an autochthonous vine which represents the most genuine soul of this territory. The hilly plots owned boast calcareous and sandy soils, rich in quartz and silt. These elements help to give the grapes a marked complexity. Once the harvest is completed with manual selection, only the best bunches are transported to the cellar for soft pressing. Alcoholic fermentation follows with maceration on the skins for about 5 days. The malolactic fermentation takes place spontaneously inside special vitrified cement vats. The wine remains in the same tanks for a few months for the refinement phase. Bosset Dolcetto d'Alba DOC can be enjoyed with pleasure immediately, as well as after a further evolution of a couple of years in the cellar.
