Chardonnay Vineyards of the Dolomites IGT Pojer and Sandri 2021

The Chardonnay white wine from the Pojeri e Sandri winery is obtained using exclusively fine Chardonnay grapes. The vines are located on the hills overlooking the Dolomites where the calcareous and clayey soils together with the favorable microclimatic conditions ensure optimal growth of the vines with qualitatively excellent bunches. For over 40 years this winery has been producing unique wines, now a reference point for Trentino enology, thanks to the combination of craftsmanship and technological innovation. The production cycle of this Chardonnay is treated with great care. After the harvest, in fact, a soft pressing follows after which the must is fermented in the absence of oxygen. A long period of subsequent maturation allows the wine to best express all its characteristics. The result is a fresh and elegant wine, easy to drink, with a rich aromatic bouquet and a light fruity aftertaste. All these characteristics make it ideal to consume both as an aperitif and during a good meal based on fish or white meat.
