It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description
Chianti Classico DOCG is a wine that is produced at the Carpineto di Greve winery. The company, founded about 55 years ago, is characterized by the great care of the territory and bases its philosophy on the perfect mix of tradition and innovation. The grapes come from the Sangiovese, Canaiolo and other red varieties, grown on soils rich in skeleton, the greatest expression of which is favored by the typical mild climate of the Chianti area. All stages of processing take place with the utmost respect for each individual vineyard and trying never to force the laws of nature. After the harvest, we proceed with the fermentation and maceration of the pomace in the must. Subsequently, it is aged in oak barrels and steel or petrified cement containers, finally the wine is bottled and marketed. Chianti Classico DOCG is an intense and velvety wine, which is well suited for immediate drinking, but can rest in the cellar for a long time before being tasted.
