'Cuvee Des Sacres' Crémant de Limoux AOP Delmas 2020

The Cuveé des Sacres '13' is the flagship of Domaine Delmas, a selection of the best vines of the upper Aude Valley. Located in the extreme southwest of the Languedoc vineyards, at the foot of the Pyrenees, the region combines Mediterranean and Atlantic climatic influences. The Delmas estate is rooted in Antugnac, in the heart of the Haute-Vallée terroir, one of the 4 terroirs that make up the Limoux AOC. The landscapes are beautiful and the vineyards are perched on the hills. Sun, altitude and rainfall guarantee an ideal context for the production of exceptional wines. Family estate for three generations and organic since 1986, Domaine Delmas has developed recognized and awarded top-level sparkling wines. The aging cellars enhance the wines with complex, rich and at the same time fruity, fresh and mineral aromas. Bernard and Baptiste Delmas personally supervise the estate's cultural care and winemaking processes. Des Sacres '13' comes from a blend of Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc and Pinot Noir, all strictly organically grown. This cuvée from the Delmas maison is obtained only from first pressing juices, aged for 24 months on lees and aged in barriques before bottling.
