The Monterey County Chardonnay Diamond Collection Gold Label is a wine produced by the Francis Ford Coppola Winery. This white wine is obtained from the vinification of the white grape variety that reigns supreme in the Monterey area in California, the Chardonnay. As indeed for the entire Diamond Collection line, the goal that the winery intends to achieve in this bottle is to create a high quality wine, which can tell all the facets of a monovarietal expression. The grapes are harvested with particular care and, following the fermentation phase, this Chardonnay is left to rest for a period of seven months in French oak barrels.
