Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description

The Rhône valley, in the south of France, is the birthplace of the Domaine des Granges de Mirabel IGP Ardèche from the Chapoutier Michel winery. The transalpine farm was born in Tain-l'Hermitage in 1990 from an idea of the entrepreneur of the same name. The cellar, closely linked to the traditions of the area, specializes in the production of certified biodynamic wines. The climate is typical of southern France, with mild winters and hot summers, ideal for the growth of vines. To produce this white wine, the same percentage of Marsanne and Syrah vines are used. The vinification is carried out in stainless steel vats. After a soft pressing, the wine is left to rest cold for about 48 hours, followed by fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Refinement always takes place in steel tanks, until spring. Domaine des Granges de Mirabel IGP Ardèche is a ready-to-drink white wine, but which can evolve in a surprising way if kept in the cellar even for 2-3 years.
