Gil The authentic rural Gin is a distillate produced on the Vecchio Magazzino Doganale farm in Pianetti. The distillery is considered one of the most expressive realities of the Calabrian territory because it produces excellent labels, the fruits of a large selection of raw materials. Gin comes from the infusion of pure cereal alcohol and numerous "botanicals": juniper, elderflower, wormwood, angelica, grapefruit, bitter orange, sweet orange, oregano, lemon, lavender and aloe. During the filtering phase, only a linen cloth is used in order not to alter the natural character of the Spirit. It takes 12 months to prepare the distillate, followed by 40 days of rest in the bottle to give the authentic character typical of this distillate. Gil The authentic rural Gin is an intense and complex liqueur, which has no time limits to be tasted.
