Williams & Humbert ZAFIRO CLASSIC GIN 37,5°

Zafiro Classic Gin is a fine spirit offered by the Williams & Humbert distillery, an important company in Andalusia. The gin production area is not traditionally that of southern Spain, but thanks to the company's savoir faire, the products made have very high quality standards. The favorable microclimate, combined with soils with a rather high mineral content, allows for optimal development of the cereals at the base of the gin. To obtain Zafiro, malt, barley and rye are used, which are distilled in special copper stills. The production philosophy follows the traditional dictates and provides for a long aging of the liqueur in wooden barrels, mainly oak. Zafiro Classic Gin is the perfect base for obtaining cocktails with an important alcohol content, without however renouncing refinement. Gin lends itself well to consumption during informal occasions and in the company of friends, with a delicate tasting to be able to appreciate all the nuances of taste.
