Dry Gin is one of the flagship products of the Scapegrace distillery, one of the most important manufacturers of liqueurs and spirits in New Zealand. The craftsmanship of the process, combined with the quality of the raw materials used, ends up giving a Gin with an intense taste that is difficult to forget. Already from the processing it is clear that this distillate is special in its own way: 12 different types of botanical herbs (Botanicals) are used to make it. In fact, the fermented grain contains juniper, but also coriander, cloves, licorice, angelica, cinnamon, iris and other essences. The copper still used for the distillation, called "pot still", is also very particular, since it dates back to the nineteenth century. The refinement of the Gin is carried out in French and American oak barriques, with an aging of up to 10 years.
