Grotta dell'Oro Zibibbo Terre Siciliane IGT is a white wine with unmistakable aromas, produced by the Hibiscus winery. It is obtained from the exclusive vinification of Zibibbo grapes, an aromatic native vine that boasts very ancient origins. The plots are located near Ustica, where the vines have their roots in soils of volcanic origin. The vineyards enjoy the beneficial effects of the breezes that come from the nearby sea and are cultivated in a sustainable way. When they reach the ideal degree of ripeness, the bunches are selected and harvested manually. In the cellar the alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at strictly monitored temperatures. Also for the refinement the company relies on steel vats, where the wine remains until the spring following the harvest. Grotta dell'Oro Zibibbo Terre Siciliane IGT is perfect immediately, as well as after a couple of years of evolution in the cellar.
