'The Preliminary' Basilicata IGT Cantine del Notaio 2021

In the heart of Southern Italy, along the slopes of the extinct volcano of Vulture, the grapes at the base of the production of Basilicata IGT the Preliminary of the Cantine del Notaio company ripen. Here tradition and respect for the terroir are special ingredients to obtain honest and sincere wines. The soils of volcanic origin are rich in nutrients which give the wines great structure. The company conducts viticulture in full respect of the environment and the biodiversity included in it. This favors the preservation of the organoleptic characteristics of the grapes which are harvested at the end of August. This blend involves the use of vines: Aglianico vinified in white, Chardonnay, Malvasia and Moscato. The temperature-controlled vinification process includes a stop in steel before aging in the bottle. Basilicata IGT Il Preliminare is a harmonious and ready-to-drink wine, however it can rest in the cellar for up to 4 years without losing its structure and integrity.
