Description
The K Rosé Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT from Cantina di Caldaro - Kellerei Kaltern comes from a balanced blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir and Lagrein grapes. The vineyards are located on hilly terrain belonging to the Lake Caldaro area. The vines are found on calcareous soils, particularly rich and with a complex structure. They are trained according to the guyot system and are between 6 and 16 years old. The harvesting operations take place mainly at the beginning of September, followed by a soft pressing and a brief rest on the skins. The must obtained ferments in steel tanks at low temperatures, where it finally rests for a few months before being bottled. The K Rosé Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT is an elegant, ready-to-drink wine that can easily be kept in the cellar for a few years, without ever losing its precious peculiarities.
