Description
Kerner Aristos Alto Adige DOC is a wine that is produced in the Valle Isarco cellar in Chiusa. It is one of the most prestigious realities in the South Tyrolean area and produces labels appreciated all over the world. The grapes come from the Kerner vine, cultivated on land at about 980 meters above sea level, rich in gravel, diorite and quartz. Alpine breezes and optimal sun exposure help to give more structure to the plants. After the manual harvest, the best selected bunches are destemmed and softly pressed. Then we proceed to the alcoholic fermentation of the must obtained in steel tanks. The final refinement lasts 7 months and takes place on the noble lees in steel containers. At the end, bottling and marketing take place. Kerner Aristos Alto Adige DOC is an enveloping and intense wine that can be tasted immediately but can evolve in the cellar for a couple of years.
